Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Camp One Compliance LLC ("Camp One," "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Camp One is a business tool for defense contractors; it is not intended for personal or household use.
1. Information we collect

Do not upload CUI, classified information, export-controlled data, or contract documents. If we find such material, we may delete it and notify you.
2. How we use it
- Provide the service: run your assessment, generate your documents, store your records, send reminders.
- Communicate with you: account, billing, renewal reminders, and service updates.
- Marketing: if you create an account, we may email you about Camp One. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Improve Camp One: understand which features are used and where people get stuck, using aggregated or de-identified data.
- Security and legal: prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not send your assessment answers, company information, or uploaded evidence to AI providers, and we do not use them to train AI models.
3. Who we share it with
Camp One is built and hosted on the Polsia platform. Polsia and its infrastructure providers (https://help.polsia.com/third-party-providers-and-data-privacy) process data on our behalf to operate the service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Elevation Technology Group (ETG): ETG builds and maintains Camp One's content. We do not share your information with ETG unless you choose to contact ETG directly (for example, to ask about CMMC Level 2).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (with notice to you).
4. Security
We use a hosted platform with industry-standard security practices and limit access to customer data to what is needed to operate the service. Customer accounts require multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
5. Retention
We keep your information while your account is active. After your account closes, we delete Customer Data within 90 days, except billing and tax records we must keep. Free accounts that never upgrade are deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
6. Your choices
- Access, export, correct, or delete your information: email contact@camponecompliance.com or use account settings.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime; service emails (billing, renewal, security) will still be sent while you have an account.
- Cookies and similar technologies: We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our hosting platform, Polsia, also stores a random visitor identifier in your browser and records page views so we can see aggregate site traffic. This identifier is not used for advertising and is not linked to your account information. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor verified requests within the time those laws require.
7. Children
Camp One is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We will post updates on this page and email account owners before material changes take effect.
